Even Christmas Day. If you call us during the Queen's Christmas message we will respond, our Operations Control Centre is fully operational every single day. We are constantly tracking, supporting and monitoring our fleet at all times.
Unlike many of our competitors, snuggled up in their warm cosy beds with a mobile phone on silent so as not to wake the wife, we are here in the wind and rain checking strapping - inflating tyres - keeping on top of the operation… Our thinking! if it can go wrong it will go wrong – leave nothing to chance.
We have our guys working throughout the night, communicating with drivers , updating our clients, checking and maintaining our equipment, washing and cleaning the fleet, despatching and debriefing our drivers – it’s like a bus station, vehicles arriving and departing constantly.
The Control Centre is monitored by a full HD CCTV system recording activity in the Yard, Warehouse and Office at all times.
